Custom and personalized orders
Our custom-made items are meticulously crafted to cater to your specific needs. Consequently, all sales are final. Nevertheless, if you happen to encounter any defects or printing issues with your item, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you in resolving the matter.
Is there anything you won't custom design?
We do not use copyrighted or trademarked text. These are the property of their respective companies, and we are not authorized to use them.
Feel free to express yourself openly. Profanity is not an issue for us, and we won't be offended.
However, we reserve the right to cancel any transaction that includes hateful or racist content.
Refunds
We don’t offer refunds on personalized items. However, if a personalized item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos of the damage.
We also don’t offer refunds for orders that arrive later than expected. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by delays, but we can’t provide refunds if your item doesn’t arrive on the exact date you need it.
We’ll refund a non-personalized item if we receive it back in the same condition as when it was shipped. If the returned item is damaged, we won’t issue a refund.
Can I see a proof of the design before I purchase?
We provide proofs only after a purchase has been made.
We’re more than happy to discuss design aspects with you beforehand, but the actual design work will begin after the purchase.
Note: Proofs can be requested before printing.
